Valley View - The Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County is hosting the 12th Annual Summer and Beyond Fair for Students with Disabilities on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at St. Michael's Woodside Party Center, 5025 East Mill Street in Broadview Heights. The event gives both families and educators a sampling of opportunities in the area of camps (both residential and day), academic enrichment, therapeutic and social development and general information from agencies and organizations that can assist children and youth with disabilities to reach their potential.

"The event runs from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. It gives everyone an opportunity to ask questions, pick up literature and to have a fun day with the family" states Terri McIntee coordinator of the event. "This event is done in collaboration with the Parent Mentors of NE Ohio and the Arc of Greater Cleveland. Cuyahoga County is fortunate to have eleven parent mentors in nine of their 30 districts and the Arc of Greater Cleveland has a forty plus history of supporting and advocating for individuals with disabilities and their families", she adds.
