Bedford railroad meeting set
The city of Bedford will conduct a public meeting May 12 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Bedford City Hall, 165 Center Road, Bedford, regarding the possible closing of the West Monroe and South Park railroad crossings.

hosts dinner May 9
Cub Scout Pack 447 is hosting a spaghetti dinner fundraiser May 9 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at VFW Post 1082, 343 Northfield Road, Bedford.
The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children age 11 and under, and free for children age 3 and under. The meal will include all-you-can-eat homemade spaghetti and meatballs, salad, beverage, bread and dessert.
Take-out meals will be available.
