Bedford Co-Op celebrates anniversary
Bedford Co-Op Nursery School will host "Truck Day" April 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of Bedford City Hall, 165 Center Road, Bedford.
At Truck Day, a community event, local businesses will display "big trucks" like construction vehicles and fire trucks for preschoolers and truck lovers of all ages to see up close.
Admission is free and proceeds from the concession stand will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
Truck Day is the first facet of Bedford Co-Op's 50th anniversary celebration. Anyone who attended Bedford Co-Op since it was founded in 1958, are asked to send a note so then can be included in the other festivities this year.
Bedford Co-Operative Nursery School, 79 Center Road, Bedford, is a parent-organized and -administered, non-profit, non-denominational school for children ages 3-5.
