Services were Jan. 17 at Holy Spirit Chapel at the Jennings Center for Older Adults for Bernard J. Nienaltowski. Mr. Nienaltowski, 94, of Bedford, died Jan. 11, 2007, at the Jennings Center for Older Adults in Garfield Heights.
Mr. Nienaltowski owned and operated Nienal Shoes in Bedford for 56 years until he retired in October 2005.
Mr. Nienaltowski was the husband of Mary R., nee Platek, deceased; the father of Diane Nienal, Rita (Steve) Liguzinski and Dr. Joseph (Charlotte); grandfather of Bernie (Lisa), Brian (Becky), Chris, Erica (fiance, Michael), Brad and Rachel (Joe); great grandfather of Dylan and Kendal; brother of Helen Dudak and the following deceased: Mary Ilczuk, Regina Szabaga and Vince; He was an uncle and great uncle of many.
Burial was at All Saints Cemetery.
The family suggests contributions be made, in lieu of flowers, to Jennings Center for Older Adults, 10204 Granger Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125.
