The Akron Symphony will present Schubert and Steel, a kaleidoscope of musical color and styles from Vienna to the Caribbean, on Feb. 20 at the University of Akron's E.J. Thomas Hall at 8 p.m.
Works to be performed include: J.S. Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, Jan Bach's Concerto for Steelpan & Orchestra, featuring renowned steelpan virtuoso Liam Teague, and Schubert's Symphony No. 9, The Great.
Tickets are on sale now starting at $20, with discounts available for students, seniors, and groups of 10 or more.
