by Jeff Saunders Reporter Macedonia -- A Northfield Village woman pleaded guilty March 11 to a felony charge in connection with the burglary of a Shepard Road home last August. According to Summit County Court of Common Pleas records, Bonnie L. Zlocki, 36, pleaded guilty to second-degree felony burglary and was sentenced by Judge Lynne S. Callahan to four years in the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Union County. Zlocki's attorney, Jonathan Sinn, did not immediately return calls seeking comment. According to police, a Shepard Road man reported that while walking towards his home Aug. 27 in the early afternoon, he saw a woman later identified as Zlocki exiting his front door. The man said that when he confronted Zlocki, she claimed she had been hired to clean the house, then left in a minivan. Police said the man provided them with the minivan's license plate number and they traced it to Zlocki. After arresting Zlocki at her Milford Drive home later that day, police said they found items in her home that the man had reported missing from his home. The items included more than 100 pounds of coins, an electronic data storage device and some jewelry, police said, with a total value of more than $1,100.
