Faith Fellowship
hosting events

Faith Fellowship Church, 10277 Valley View Road in Macedonia, is calling all families for a fun-filled Friday evening Oct. 31 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Hot dogs will be served in the lower level of the church, followed by "Bible Bingo" in rooms 109 and 110 from 6:30 to 7:20 p.m. The main event will be "Mad Science" with a special presentation entitled "Fire and Ice," at 7:30 p.m.

Children will be dazzled by the impressive science demonstrations in this spectacular show, which will range from foggy dry ice storms and gravity-defying beach balls to a Mad Science burp-flavored potion.

Faith Fellowship Church, in cooperation with Hosanna Bible Training Center, is also offering the biblical course, Typology and Tabernacle, an in-depth study of the Tabernacle, the priesthood and the offerings as outlined by God in the Book of Exodus.

The course is designed to bring clarity and a deeper understanding of Christ "types," while maintaining close adherence to the scriptures and avoiding over-spiritualization.

The Rev. Kathie Kuhn will conduct weekly classes on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., in the church's lower level through Nov. 19.

The course fee is $20, plus the $18 cost of the book, if desired. Call 330-467-1234 to reserve a seat. Child care is available.

Have Tea on the Manor

Faith Fellowship Church at 10277 Valley View Road in Macedonia will host a Holiday High Tea on the Manor on Nov. 14. There will be three seatings at 7, 7:30 and 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person.

Participants can enjoy genuine respite from their holiday schedule as they experience beautiful surroundings, period costuming, lovely chamber music and long awaited conversation with friends and family.

Diners will be graced with thoughtful service during the hot, hearty and most scrumptious meal.

Tickets are available until seatings are filled and must be purchased by phone with a Visa or MasterCard at 330-467-1234 or in person before Nov. 9.

The group meets on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at the Western Reserve Grace Brethren Church.

The church is located at 1066 East Aurora Road in Macedonia, across from the credit union and Auto Zone. For more information, call Linda Gray at 330-468-1079.
