Sara Elizabeth Wise, daughter of Richard and Amy Wise of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and Robert John Steffens IV, son of Robert and Sandra Steffens III of Spring Hill, Fla., formerly of Bedford, are engaged to be married.
She lives in Bedford and is a 2000 graduate of New Philadelphia High School. She is a 2004 graduate of Thiel College in Greenville, Pa., and a 2004 graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.
She is employed at Rybicki & Son Funeral Home, which has locations in Garfield Heights and Broadview Heights. She is a funeral director and embalmer.
He has been a lifelong Bedford resident and is a 2000 graduate of Bedford High School. He is employed at Arby's in Bedford Heights, where he is a shift manager.
He has grandparents, aunts and uncles who live in Aurora.
A September wedding is planned.
