Bedford Heights " Construction had already begun on a site that might soon contain 24 new homes.
Building Commissioner Paul Konys said Rockwell Builders Inc. has started installing underground utilities on the 6-acre piece of land off Columbus Road near the Bedford border.
Dennis Oranski, of Rockwell, said he will submit plans for the homes to the city of Bedford Heights' Architectural Review Board July 12.
Oranski said the development would be called Benedict Run and would include homes ranging from $190,000 to $240,000. Homes would mostly be three-bedroom and there would be both single-story and two-story models.
