Winter children's programs set

Registration for the winter session of weekly story times has begun. You can register on line at www.cuyahogalibrary.org, in person, or over the phone. Stop by the Southeast Branch today to pick up a copy of our children's newsletter that includes a list of programs, events, and even a Read with the Browns puzzle/coloring page.

See hoop tricks

On Feb. 19 at 7 p.m., come to Southeast Library and meet former Harlem Globetrotter Derrick Polk as he demonstrates some awesome moves with the basketball and shares his inspiration for success.

Autographed pictures will be available at the end of the program. This presentation is for ages 3 to adult. Register online or call the library.

Book group meets

Bestselling author Jim Leher's "The Franklin Affair" will be the Thursday for Books selection for February. This tale of academic intrigue involves apparently genuine 18th century documents accusing Benjamin Franklin of a murder.

Are they the real thing? Or are they the work of a plagiarist? Examine the mystery on Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. The books are available at the library.
